Ranch in the Chaco. 2,500 hectares, on main paved route, with luxurious living quarters. This is a first class ranch fully operational, on the main paved route that leads from Pozo Colorado to the City of Concepcion, approximately 13 kilometers from Poco Colorado. This region is well known for being an area used for fattening cattle due to it receiving plentiful rain that allows planting all types of grass.

The ranch comes with a large and luxurious house that has 400 square meters of construction and consists of 3 bedrooms; one of them in suite with private bathroom and air conditioning, one other bedroom has also air conditioning. All the rooms have wooden parquet floors, except the living-dining room, bathrooms and kitchen which have beautiful in-laid ceramic floors.

The water supply is provided by a 15.000-liter tank, which is permanently fed through an electric pump taken from a water deposit belonging to the highway construction company and is next to the property. This same institution also guarantees a 24-hour supply of electricity and for emergencies there is a generator with a potential of 36 KVA that is next to the house. Finally, there is a 2-floor house for the personnel consisting of 100 square meters of construction that includes kitchen-dining room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms.

There is also the indispensable coral for cattle vaccinating. The cattle are weighed and loaded directly on the main route, which facilitates transportation. There are about 900 hectares of top quality planted grass consisting of a variety of species. The entire ranch is fenced and divided by 26 gates and also has 27 artificial dams for the 2.000 head of cattle at present on the property. The cattle will later be sold independently.
