The
offer entails 11 plots in an excellent and quiet zone situated
on a lateral cobbled street of San Bernardino, a distance
of between 100 to 300 meters from the sandy beaches (see
aerial photo). There is a small supermarket 300 meters away
and the urban center is approximately 1 kilometer away,
there you will find a great number of restaurants open all
year round and all types of businesses, etc.
All the plots are on the same street that leads directly
to the paved highway that goes to the center of the city.
The majority of the plots are next to each other (see
placement plan -marked in red), so enables one to purchase
several plots in order to own a larger one. You can entrust
us with the building if you so desire (it is not obligatory
with the purchase of one or more plots). During the construction
period our architect will handle the registration of the
plans with the Municipality of San Bernardino (a mere
formality, plans are never rejected). The registration
is necessary in order to obtain the yearly Municipal property
tax, which rises slightly with any construction undertaken
and will be based on the area built.
